Mint Bridging is a property finance lender that can help with your property finance needs. We create handcrafted solutions to meet your individual project requirements.

How long have you been in your line of work? How did you discover your passion?

I have been with Mint for 18 months now. I love working in sales. I enjoy understanding clients’ needs and finding them the right solution. Hopefully, that’s with Mint – if it’s not, I try to offer alternatives to them.

What’s the biggest challenge facing your industry today?

The biggest challenge in this industry is the number of new bridging lenders that pop up; the marketplace can sometimes become a rate war. It’s sometimes hard to get the message out to prospective borrowers about our level of service, which is second to none.

How has the industry changed since you first started?

I am fairly new to this industry so I can’t speak specifically for bridging. However, in business I think that all industries are becoming more tech-savvy and making use of IT and CRM systems, which can make processes more efficient. That said, sometimes you just want to talk something through with someone.

What would you tell your 18-year-old self?

Three guests are coming for dinner, living or dead. Who do you invite and why?

Beyoncé – surely this is self-explanatory! I think she is an extremely astute businesswoman. She has built an empire and has done so with integrity.

Kevin Hart – he would make everyone laugh!

Prince Harry – I think he would dish the dirt on the Royal Family after a few drinks!

What should we be getting excited about for Mint Bridging Ltd.?

We have some HUGE targets set and we are all fired up to hit them. We have a great business and great people working within the business. We are constantly looking for new opportunities and to develop innovative products to meet our clients’ needs.
