How can we work with you?

Panel host or presenter, keynote or comedian, the process is the same. For a confident, light-hearted and meticulous host, all you need to do is get in touch.

  1. Give us a buzz. Contact us via email or phone and outline your aims. What’s your campaign? Do you need a keynote speaker, an event host, or are you open to ideas?
  2. Arrange a call. After you’ve got in touch, we can have a formal (but friendly!) chat. Who’s the audience and what message do you want to get across? Here we can discuss timings, formats and any other ideas you may have.
  3. Finalise a quote. You’ll get a transparent quote, factoring in the delivery, (e.g., on-camera vox pops or an event appearance) time, travel and any other expenses. We’re also happy to shout about your event on all the socials!
  4. The big day. By now, all details will be finalised, such as panel themes or speaker bios. We’ll turn up on time, ready to perform and keep everything on schedule.
  5. The after party. If you so wish, we’ll share any photos and videos of the event, with your credit and consent.

“Katie was a standout host at the BrightonSEO conference. Her combination of humour, voice and stage presence kept the audience fully engaged from start to finish. She also displayed an impressive depth of knowledge in content marketing, making her a true asset to any event. I highly recommend Katie for tech conference hosting and her excellent copywriting services. She’s a professional who knows how to captivate and connect with an audience.”

FAQs about our presenting services

Find out more or let us know if we’ve missed anything.

Do you provide your own equipment?

We don’t provide cameras, sound or anything on the editing side of things. We provide the presenting, which includes getting to know your brief, keeping everything on-time and making your guests feel at ease.

How do you prepare for an event?

Preparation depends on the event itself. If it’s something more spontaneous like a vox pop, then we’ll work with your brief and improvise based on a loose script. For panel hosting and emceeing, we’ll research the themes and get to know your guests in advance. We’re here to cheer them on, after all.

Will you want the footage for your own use?

Sometimes we might ask if we can use footage from your event on our YouTube channel. Similarly, we might ask to share photos on our socials. This will only ever be with your consent and we will tag you in everything.

How much are expenses?

We’ll always be upfront about travel costs, which we would charge for anything over 30 minutes from our base in York. This will include receipts for train travel or mileage. If the event starts early or ends late and requires accommodation, we will endeavour to find the best deal on this to minimise your costs.

Steal the show

Save the stage sweats and hand over your worries to a presenter.
